20 Challenges, all in the year 2020!

This is the year to push yourself out of your comfort zone and achieve things you might not have thought possible! It’s the year to get active, put YOUR health and fitness at the top of your priority list, and what better way to do it than partaking in a year of challenges, having fun with a fantastic group of people all on the same journey! Some challenges will be bigger than others and there will be at least 1 challenge each month.

Challenges will include such things as the Total Warrior obstacle course, The Great North Run, 5k fun runs, 10k trail runs, night runs, coastal cycles, charity swims, the Yorkshire Three Peak walk and lots lots more........

The full list is to be published in the next 2 weeks but the first couple of challenges are;

Saturday 11th January - Harrogate Park Run (5k) @ 9am 

Saturday 1st February - No Ego Dalby Forest Head Torch Race ( 5 miles) @ 4pm

Whilst challenging ourselves through this year FiTT will also be raising money for the charity FRANKS FUND. Please take the time to read about this important charity.
