I run weekly outdoor bootcamp style classes around Harrogate. These classes are designed to be fun, challenging and are ideal for anyone not overly keen on slogging it away in the gym. Many of my bootcampers love the feeling of getting a sweat on in the great outdoors. Every week is different using a variation of training styles, often working in pairs and teams. We play fun fitness games, use bodyweight exercises and also equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, sandbags and many more. Every session really is totally different to the one before.
These classes are excellent for anyone looking to lose weight and also improve their general health and fitness.
